Pump in Style also allows for dual pumping (pumping both breasts simultaneously), a great timesaver for working moms in particular. Its automatic suck-release-relax cycling mimics your baby's natural nursing pattern (with no manual adjustments required like some other models). The carrying bag itself is also quite nice, with insulated compartments and freezable cooling packs for keeping bottles of breast milk cool for approximately four hours. The Pump in Style set includes a black shoulder bag; manual pump conversion kits; a double-pump accessory kit; an AC adapter; four freezer-, microwave-, dishwasher-safe bottles with lids; two bottle stands; 20 milk storage bags; three cooling packs; breastfeeding information sheets; and a sample of PureLan breast cream. The pump can be used with an electrical outlet with an AC adapter or optional power pack, and its durable motor is made to work overtime--four to five times daily. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!! Well, after my terrible exp. w/ my Avent Isis...I was very skeptical about the next purchase. ...I am the happiest breast pumping woman in the world. To put it the best way possible don't ...get a cheaper pump ... because you will end up throwing it away and spending more [money] replacing the pumps and by then you will go ahead and buy a Medela and you could have saved yourself a lot of time and [money]. It is by far the best!!! Very very pleased!
Great for working and non-working moms Although I didn't work with my first child, I still needed to pump. I had a hard time breastfeeding. My little one took a little while to catch on. I was able to borrow this pump from a friend during the first few weeks. It was great. It pumped 6 oz in less than ten minutes. It was also the most comfortable one I have ever used. I didn't want to give it back. I tried other pumps but I couldn't get more than a few ounces and all the ones I tried were so painful. I am now expecting my second child and have purchased this item on e-bay to save money. This pump is great for working and non working moms. I am sure I will use this pump often like when my husband and I go out on dates or when I need to increase my supply. I also look forward to my husband being able to take over some feedings. This pump is worth every penny if you can afford it.
DoubleEase Breastpump & Carry All
My daughter is four months old and I borrowed this pump from my sister-in-law who used it for six months. I did not give this pump 5 stars because I have no basis of comparison. My sister-in-law used it the same amount that I do now (a few times a week). It hasn't had any motor problems. I have not had milk get into the tubing and I think it's very efficient. I'm sure it depends on your letdown but I can pump 4-5 oz. in about 5-10 minutes. I can't speak for using it full time but I've been very happy with using it part time.
