After I came off of birth control pills, my first two cycles were irregular (ranging from 33-40 days) and I could not tell whether I was ovulating. We tried to get pregnant for one month without using any monitors or temping, but I miscalculated my ovulation date by a week and so it didn't work. It gave me my first peak reading four days later, and my second peak day corresponded with my temp rise so I knew I had ovulated on that day. Now, three weeks later, I am very happy to say that I am pregnant!! This monitor is great!! Due to my irregular cycles, I would have had no idea when I was fertile were it not for the monitor.
